We are Mindfluencers is a company that is dedicated to increasing your workplace culture and communication. We do this through our three distinct pillars of education and engagement; Mindset, Communication and Well-being.
Our mission is to empower the individual to develop the confidence, communication and ability; to step in and step up within their industry.
This will in turn enhance culture, increase collaboration and reinforce physiological safety within the workplace. Resulting in, increased engagement, productivity and retention from employees.
We get that managing people can be hard, that’s why we’re different.
You can focus on managing the behaviour of humans, or focus on the human eliciting the behaviour. We believe everything starts within the mind, and to unlock the potential of a company, you must first unlock the potential of the individuals within.

According to the 2019-2022 Australian Workplace Report* things are looking dire when it comes to the wellbeing of employees and the workplace culture that surrounds them. With 68.5% of Australian workers reporting that they feel like they are burning out. Couple this with the fact that 76.8% of leaders reported that they provide the support their workers need; and only 33.9% of workers feeling this was the case, there is an obvious disconnect.
This highlights the lack of psychological safety within workplaces, in fact psychological safety was reported at the lowest level in four years; with only 31.9% of employees feeling their work environment was a safe place to be honest and bring up mistakes.
With one in five (20%)* Australians experiencing a mental health disorder in any year, the ever growing demand on workplaces to provide relevant support, education and guidance is increasing. Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) remain the most frequently provided support, yet are the most under utilised. This highlights the fact that traditional approaches to employee support are no longer relevant. At Mindfluencers we recognise this pressure and struggle on Australian workplaces and are eager to provide services; that have a multi-dimensional and holistic approach to impacting these statistics for the better.
Our Founders
Caity Walker
Ambitious, audacious and creative. Caity Walker has dedicated her adult life to helping people become a better version of themselves. With a degree in Health Sciences, numerous certifications around human psychology and human behaviour and an avid love for self exploration and expression, she isn’t messing around when it comes to extracting and expecting the best of you. She co-founded Mindfluencers as a way to impact and influence a broad range of people from all walks of life. She is passionate about culture and leadership from a human first, productivity second approach.
Jeihan Bryant
Passionate, proactive and one hell of a change maker. Jeihan Bryant has extensive experience within the corporate sector. Working in the large corporate environments for 15+ years, 12 within the mining/resource sector, she knows a thing or two when it comes to the power of collaboration, communication and empowering the individual. With qualifications in HR and human behaviour, she is passionate about leveraging her knowledge and expertise to focus on the human behind the job title. Couple this with her qualifications in Breath Work and you basically have someone trained in creating superheroes*
